Lead Analyst for demand planning at a medical technology company, responsible for developing consensus demand forecasts and supporting integrated business planning. The role involves collaborating across sales, marketing, finance, and operations to drive inventory strategy and business performance. Hybrid position based in Portage, Michigan, requiring 3 days on-site weekly.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality consensus demand plans using statistical analysis and cross-functional inputs
Lead integrated business planning process to align demand, supply, and financial forecasts
Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to translate data into business decisions
Support new product launches and commercialization initiatives through demand planning
Drive forecast accuracy improvements and identify supply chain optimization opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
4 years of work experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Experience in supply chain, demand management, sales, finance, or marketing
Statistical analysis background preferred
Familiarity with demand planning tools (SAP, Oracle Demantra, or similar)
Medical device industry experience preferred

Compensation: $77,700 - $129,500 USD Annual
