WHAT AWAITS YOU.

Assist RDC Management in executing the strategic directions of the assigned department on a daily basis. Perform clerical functions to support warehouse activities. Organize and distribute work in the assigned department. Maintain accurate records and files. Manage appointment schedules and operational document flow. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Support warehouse activities such as picking, packing, shipping, receiving, reverse logistics, and inventory control. Regularly monitor the status of daily workload completion. Monitor the systematic completion of workload. Properly close all shipments in the system. Research and resolve dealer support issues.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.

High School diploma or equivalent. Mimimun two (2) years general office experience. Computer literate and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work as a member of a team and independently as needed. Preferences: OEM distribution experience, preferred. Ability to speak or understand Spanish.

This role requires full-time attendance at the facility with position hours of 12:30PM to 9:00PM Monday through Friday. The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule.
