Conveyor Tender

Our client is seeking enthusiastic Conveyor Tenders to join their team in Fitchburg, MA. If you have experience in conveyor operations and order-pulling, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Responsibilities of the Conveyor Tender
- Review job order specifications to determine the number of items and their next destination.
- Remove external waste from pallets of die-cut products using an air hammer and manually pull scrap from pallets.
- Insert mix prevention rods through holes in different product pieces.
- Separate individual die-cut blanks using an air hammer.
- Sort individual die-cut items and identify products by filling out load tags and inserting them into piles of products.
- Sort waste/scrap according to different grades.
- Perform all other tasks as assigned.
Requirements of the Conveyor Tender
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and complete basic checklists, forms, or other related documents.
- Must display a positive attitude and work well as part of a team.
Compensation/Benefits for the Conveyor Tender
- Monday to Friday
- 3pm to 11pm
- $18.00
