Talent Tap is partnering with Central Penn AAA to hire ambitious, relationship-driven Travel Advisors who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment and are energized by helping clients create exceptional travel experiences.

This is not an order-taking role. Successful Travel Advisors combine consultative sales ability, customer relationship management, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.

What You’ll Do

•                Consult with AAA members to design customized vacations, cruises, tours, and travel experiences

•                Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

•                Identify customer needs and confidently recommend travel solutions

•                Manage multiple client itineraries with accuracy, urgency, and professionalism

•                Consistently follow up on leads and sales opportunities

•                Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals

•                Proven success in sales, hospitality, account management, or other relationship-driven environments

•                Strong communication and closing skills

•                Travel industry experience is helpful, but we are equally interested in candidates with strong consultative sales and customer relationship backgrounds
