Leasing Consultant

I’m currently looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team in Daphne, AL! This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, creating a great resident experience, and being part of a team focused on leasing and community success. What you’ll be doing: Greeting and assisting prospective residents Conducting property tours and showcasing the community Explaining lease terms, pricing, and community features Following up with leads and responding to inquiries Processing applications and preparing lease documents Building strong relationships with current and future residents Supporting resident retention and community events Assisting with marketing and maintaining an excellent property presentation Working closely with the management and maintenance teams What we’re looking for: Previous leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and follow-up skills Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Ability to build genuine relationships with residents and prospects Comfortable learning and using property management software Ability to work some evenings or weekends as needed $18–$20/hour, depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
