Nurse Practitioner

The RoleAs a Nurse Practitioner at Connective Wellness LLC, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to our patients. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of health conditions, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.What You'll Do- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine health needs.- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.- Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.- Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in patient care.What We're Looking For- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and clinical skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Nice to Have- Experience in holistic or integrative health practices.- Certification in a specialty area (e.g., family, pediatrics, geriatrics).- Bilingual skills are a plus.This is a full-time position with opportunities for remote work as appropriate.
