We have an exciting opportunity for aBilling Specialist located in Fond du Lac, WI. How will you contribute: Detail orientation will be essential in this role, which entails processing and reviewing billings for completed service work. Additional responsibilities include compliance with customer billing requirements and submission of invoices to third-party processors. You will provide exceptional customer service by troubleshooting and resolving billing issues, and answering questions regarding services performed. Work alongside members at many levels of the organization by collaborating with the collection team regarding past-due accounts and providing ongoing support to the service operations teams. If you are highly organized and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you! What you need to qualify: Ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience working in an office or service admin-type position. Those who will excel in this role at Ahern will have excellent customer service skills, strong keyboarding accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
