Quality Control Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain quality reports and laboratory records.
Conduct chemical analysis on finished goods and stability products.
Maintain and oversee calibration of laboratory equipment.
Follow multi-step documented procedures with precision.
Develop and validate new chemical test methods, preparing study reports as required.
Perform chemical testing based on USP/ISO/ASTM standards.
Troubleshoot experiments and interpret data using theoretical knowledge.
Provide material and technical support for laboratory operations.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in analytical chemistry (preferred).
Hands-on experience with GC (Gas Chromatography) and HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) (preferred).
Familiarity with GLP/GCP/cGMP practices.

Skills & Certifications

Strong understanding of chemical analysis and laboratory procedures.
Experience with USP/ISO/ASTM-based chemical testing.
Ability to develop, validate, and document chemical test methods.
Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and self-motivated.

Eligibilities & qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related Life Sciences.
Knowledge of FDA regulations for drugs and medical devices is desirable.
Training/certification in GLP and GMP compliance.
