What You'll Do

As a Dining Services Assistant, you'll help create enjoyable and positive dining experiences for our residents. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with food preparation and kitchen tasks as assigned
• Helping provide efficient, timely, and friendly meal service
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining room and kitchen
• Creating a welcoming and positive experience for residents and guests
• Ensuring meals are served according to established schedules
• Identifying and communicating food service concerns or issues appropriately
• Following all food safety, workplace safety, and local and state requirements

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Enjoys working with seniors and making a difference in their day
• Has a positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
• Takes pride in providing excellent customer service
• Is dependable and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Has previous food service or similar experience (preferred, but not required)
