This position will focus on Industrial EPC HDPE projects.While this role is office-based in La Porte, TX, remote work arrangements may be considered for qualified candidates who live outside the local commuting area.Responsibilities: Project Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budgetRecommend products and services that fit well with clients' business needsIdentify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the projectEstablish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customersMonitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems and minimize delaysWork directly with partners and clients to determine project scope, specifications, requirements, and perform calculationsConduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project teamResponsible for ensuring the timely delivery of supplies, materials, and equipmentProvide a high level of assistance to program/project managers to ensure projects are carried out according to planQualifications: Experience in Industrial Inside Sales or Project Management. Minimum 3 – 5 years preferred.Previous experience and/or knowledge of EPC business preferredKnowledge of Industrial Plastics materials and processes.Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output.Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate commercial and technical specifications.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software.Strong organizational skillsAdaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ability to coordinate several major activities simultaneously.Customer service oriented with excellent leadership and negotiation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organizationTeam player with the aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with team members, vendors and customers.At Ferguson, we care for each other.
