The Role
- Full-time small-animal veterinarian in a primary-care, retail-based clinic
- Deliver preventive and general medicine: wellness and sick exams, vaccinations, parasite prevention, nutrition counseling
- Perform routine dentistry and soft-tissue surgery, including spay/neuter
- Utilize in-clinic imaging and laboratory testing for efficient diagnostics and treatment planning
- Oversee anesthesia and pain management consistent with best practices
- Provide clear client communication, discharge counseling, and medication guidance leveraging the on-site pharmacy
- Participate in drop-off workflows and collaborate with an experienced technical team
- Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused culture and continuous improvement
- Work a predictable schedule aligned with extended retail hours, including shared weekend coverage

Requirements
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) and eligibility for North Carolina veterinary licensure
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Confidence with routine dentistry and general soft-tissue surgery
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to inclusive, client-centered care
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a high-volume, retail-based clinical environment
- Willingness to participate in a schedule that includes some weekends
- Eligible for DEA registration as required
