ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst

Working remotely on a contract basis, the full-time ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst will analyze organizational needs, design technology-integrated processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business models and support agile development projects on the ServiceNow platform. Key responsibilities Assess current business operations and identify customer requirements to define future-state solutions Research, gather, and synthesize information to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business models Translate business needs into technical requirements while supporting agile development projects Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering and functional testing for agile development projects in ServiceNow ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent) preferred
