RiseWell Community Services – Part Time Benefits Specialist Location: Babylon & Medford, NY. This is a part‑time position (21 hours per week). Responsibilities Ensure clients have active health insurance and income source. Participate in a shared caseload of clients enrolled on the ACT/FACT program roster. Provide support based on program and agency needs. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Valid and clean NY State driver license. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.
