Sr. Manager, Compliance Operations
Mineralys Therapeutics
Mineralys Therapeutics seeks a Senior Manager, Compliance Operations to build and maintain a high-integrity compliance program across the organization. This remote role operationalizes spend reporting, external funding oversight, and sample accountability while partnering with commercial and corporate functions to embed ethical practices.
Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize aggregate spend and transparency reporting systems for federal and state compliance
- Develop data governance protocols, reconciliation processes, and quality controls for accurate reporting
- Administer external funding review processes for sponsorships, memberships, and research grants
- Support sample accountability program including inventory coordination and regulatory submissions
- Develop compliance policies, standard operating procedures, and training materials aligned with regulatory guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years progressive healthcare or pharmaceutical compliance experience
- At least 2 years in compliance operations or related function
- Professional certification (CHC, CCEP) preferred
- Knowledge of Sunshine Act, state transfer of value, and PDMA regulations
- Experience with spend reporting systems and data governance
- Strong vendor and cross-functional partnership skills
