- Under the direction of Executive Chef Allan Lee
Blü Prime Steakhouse is a modern fine dining concept in San Antonio, blending premium steaks with globally influenced, chef-driven cuisine. We’re looking for an Experienced Line Cook who’s passionate about precision, creativity, and delivering an excellent guest experience.
This isn’t a traditional steakhouse. We take a more modern, international fusion approach, so we’re looking for someone who respects technique but is excited to think outside the box.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare dishes effectively with consistency and attention to detail
- Execute service at a high level in a fast-paced, fine dining environment
- Handle and cook ingredients with care, maintaining top-tier quality and freshness
- Keep your station clean, organized, and fully prepped for service
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Assist with prep tasks like sauces, garnishes, mise en place, etc
- Contribute ideas and creativity when developing new dishes or specials
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of Line Chef experience (fine dining or high-quality restaurant preferred)
- Strong knife skills and solid fundamentals in food preparation, safety and quality
- A good eye for plating and presentation
- Someone who works clean, stays organized, and moves with purpose
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Open to feedback and interested in growing as a cook
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Experience:
- Culinary School: 1 year (Preferred)
- Fine Dining Cuisine: 2-3 years (Preferred)
