Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager for a leading provider of complex composites, assemblies, and tooling in the aerospace industry. This is a direct hire role, onsite in San Diego, working a 9/80 schedule. Responsibilities Lead assigned aerospace programs through the full lifecycle, ensuring objectives for quality, schedule, cost, and performance are met Develop and manage detailed program plans, including budgets, resource allocation, schedules, and communication plans Own program financials, including P&L responsibility, forecasting, and ROI analysis Serve as the primary customer interface, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and overall customer satisfaction Collaborate cross functionally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales teams to execute program deliverables Consolidate customer and product requirements into clear internal and external documentation Identify and support program growth opportunities, including program expansion, roadmap development, and new business pursuits We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
