Essential Duties and Responsibilities Read, understand, and follow written procedures and instructions in English. Manage production flow. Coordinate with other functional groups to meet customer requirements. Enforce process compliance. Manage all shift personnel. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervise all production shift employees. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. For California‑based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
