Veterinary Client Service Representative Midwest Veterinary Dental Services, Elkhorn, WI Full-time: Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. (Closed Saturday/Sunday) About the Practice Midwest Veterinary Dental Services is a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner offering comprehensive dental care for companion and equine animals across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Upper Michigan. Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and organized Veterinary Client Service Representative to serve as the face and voice of our clinic. The primary focus will be on companion animals with occasional support for our equine CSR team. Responsibilities As the front‑desk representative, you will: Greet clients and schedule specialized oral health consultations. Coordinate patient arrivals and manage appointment flow. Handle billing for advanced veterinary dental procedures. Communicate effectively with veterinarians, clients, and the team. Maintain a calming atmosphere in a busy clinical setting. Qualifications Excellent communication skills and a calm demeanor. Prior experience in a veterinary front-desk role preferred. Strong multitasking abilities and positive attitude. Knowledge or willingness to learn about veterinary dental procedures. Benefits Competitive compensation: $17–20 per hour, with performance-based adjustments.
