Phoenix, AZ – East Valley

This part-time role is perfect for therapists seeking flexibility, meaningful work, and a schedule that fits their lifestyle.
What You’ll DoDeliver Personalized Care- Evaluate patient mobility and create individualized treatment plans
- Use evidence-based techniques to improve strength, function, and independence
- Track progress and adjust care plans to ensure real results
- Educate patients and families throughout the recovery process
- Build confidence and encourage long-term wellness
- Celebrate progress at every stage of recovery
- Work closely with nurses, therapists, physicians, and caregivers
- Maintain clear documentation and communication for continuity of care
