• Shift: 7A-7:30P / 7P-7:30A
• Quantity: 3
• Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
• Shift/Workdays: 7A-7:30P / 7P-7:30A
• Weekend: Rotating
• Call Requirements: No
• Guaranteed Hours: 36

Special Skills/Experience Required:

• 2 Years +
• Hemodynamic monitoring- swans, art lines
• Ventilator management
• Strong critical thinking skills
• 2 years or more ICU experience
• ACLS
• BLS
• NIH

Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed:

• IABP exposure
• CRRT exposure
• Meditech charting/ order entry

Preferred Specialty/Unit Certifications Required:

• ACTIVE TX RN License

Procedures performed on unit:

• Post CABG
• Post VAD
• Post Cath with various cardiac support devices- IABP, Impella, ecmo

Dress Code:

• Scrub Color: Navy-scrub top and pant, Navy or white scrub jacket
• Nail Policy: Clean and Healthy
• Hair: Neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors
• Beard/Mustache/Sideburns: Clean and neatly trimmed
• Tattoos: Body art should be covered whenever possible
• Piercings: Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited

• Badging in and out for shift is required along with taking a full 30 minute lunch. Be on time for scheduled shifts (Clock in time 6:38 am/pm, after 6:45 is considered tardy)
