Position Overview

We’re seeking an Experienced Licensed Plumber who is passionate about delivering top-notch service while maintaining strong relationships with our customers and team members. As a key member of our plumbing department, you will handle various tasks, including repairs, installations, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, including fixtures, water heaters, and piping.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Communicate effectively with customers, professionally providing education and recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and uphold company standards.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Mentor and support apprentices to help them grow in their plumbing careers.

What We’re Looking For

• A Texas Licensed Plumber (Journeyman or Master) with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of residential plumbing systems.
• Someone who exemplifies compassion, reliability, teamwork, respect, integrity, and problem-solving in every aspect of their work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
