Front Office Receptionist
Personnel Plus Inc, is now hiring for a reliable and friendly Front Office Receptionist. This position requires someone with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Greet and assist customers and visitors.
- Perform basic front office and administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- File paperwork, enter data, and assist with general office duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and office equipment knowledge.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Previous receptionist or front office experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
