A healthcare facility near Lebanon, New Hampshire is seeking an RN Clinic Manager to join its nursing leadership team! 

Pay: $40.00 - $54.00 / hourly 

RN Clinic Manager Opportunity: 

• Full-time, permanent opportunity 
  
• Monday through Friday schedule 
  
• Five 8-hour shifts per week 
  
• Leadership role overseeing clinic operations and clinical staff

RN Clinic Manager Responsibilities: 

• Manage clinic operations, workflow coordination, and staff scheduling 
  
• Oversee staff training, performance management, and policy implementation 
  
• Lead compliance, quality improvement, and documentation initiatives 
  
• Collaborate with providers and organizational leadership to ensure efficient operations 
  

RN Clinic Manager Qualifications: 

• Active RN license with unrestricted ability to practice in New Hampshire 
  
• Minimum of five years of supervisory experience required 
  
• Primary care or outpatient clinic experience preferred 
  
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
