About the Position

A primary care group centered around patient accountability and values is expanding into the Alabama/Mississippi market. The group serves over 65 markets and has opened clinics in Mobile, AL, Gulfport, MS, and Montgomery, AL, bringing the total number of sites to five. The group is replacing a physician at its Gulfport site who is relocating out of the area.

These highly rewarding positions offer:

• Reduced patient volumes - have a patient panel of 400 patients - only see 10 to 15 patients per day.
• Very Solid Pay ($250K range) with $15K Signing bonus and Quality Bonus
• Earn an additional 28% of salary through an incentive plan. Most providers make at least 20%
• Athena EMR
• Normal Monday-Friday schedule with very limited call responsibilities.
• Prior experience with value-based care is a plus. Compensation is negotiable with experience.
