We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mill and lathe machines to produce high-precision parts while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced machining environment and take pride in producing quality components, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities • Set up and operate CNC Mill and CNC Lathe machines (3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis, where applicable).
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and tool changes.
• Manufacture parts to required specifications with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor production runs to ensure consistent quality and output.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Collaborate with programming, tooling, and production teams to improve processes and efficiency.
• Assist with fixture and tooling preparation for work orders.
• Maintain accurate setup sheets and production documentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Qualifications • 2+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC mills and/or CNC lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Basic CNC programming experience (Mastercam or similar software) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Work Environment • Manufacturing and machine shop setting.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods as needed.
