Stadium Operations AssociateKraft Sports and Entertainment - Foxborough, MA 02035OverviewSalary Range $15.00 - $20.00 Hourly Position Type Part Time Education Level High School Diploma or Equivalent Category Warehouse/ShippingDescriptionThe Stadium Operations Associate is responsible for the execution of and the enhancement of overall stadium experience by interacting with guests, conducting quality assurance, and continuing our reporting efforts to sustain excellence. This role will introduce various elements of event operations and fan engagement.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions and resolving challenges.Assist with event setup and breakdown for Stadium events including ticketed events and private functions.Assist with Designated Driver Activation program.Assist with prize fulfillment and customer service.Monitor site operations and provide detailed post event recaps as assigned.Utilize CMMS system to report operational issues including safety hazards, facility damage, cleanliness issues and other operational deficiencies.Support internal departments with maintaining efficiencies throughout guest-facing spaces in stadium including Concourses, Premium Club and Suite spaces and other areas as assigned.Special projects and assignments as business dictates.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has no supervisory responsibilitiesSkills and QualificationsHigh School DiplomaPrior stadium operations experience a plusStrong communication & interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills with ability to multi-taskOutgoing personality, highly energetic, and enthusiasticAbility to work comfortably both independently and in a team environmentBasic computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite of productsRequired to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays according to Gillette Stadium event scheduleMust be able to work outdoors during all times of the yearMust be able to interface with all levels of the organization and represent the Stadium Operations Team in a highly professional mannerPhysical DemandsThe employee is frequently required to stand for long periods of timeThe employee frequently is required to talk or hearThe employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and armsThe employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focusReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsWork EnvironmentThe noise level in the work environment is sometimes loudWill work in all types of weather, including extreme heat and coldThis is a fast-paced environment with many moving partsCertificates, Licenses, RegistrationsNone requiredOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
