Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Assist in preparing the operating room for procedures, ensuring all equipment and supplies are available.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other surgical team members to provide high-quality care.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to aseptic technique protocols.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and document changes during and after surgery.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including other UCH ORs.

Qualifications

• Current CO OR Compact RN License and AHA BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years OR experience with level 1 or 2 trauma experience required.
• Experience with Epic charting system required.
• Ability to manage patient care in a high-acuity setting with a 1:1 ratio.
• Not accepting first-time travelers; previous charge experience preferred.
• Types of cases include General, GU/GYN, Neuro, ENT, and Plastics.
