Diagnose plumbing issues and present solutions to customers. Perform repairs, replacements, and installations. Educate customers on options (not just quick fixes). Deliver a high-level customer experience that leads to repeat business and reviews. Compensation (Where This Role Stands Out) Base Pay: Competitive hourly (based on experience). Commission: Earn % on work you sell and complete. Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses for production, reviews, and upsells. Earning Potential: $80,000 – $150,000+.
