Job Type: Contract

Must have skills:

• Good experience in application support and maintenance
• Good working experience in COBOL JCL DB2 VSAM
• Working experience in IBM ZOS stack Compuware ISPW tools
• Experience in handling L15L2 support
• Need to have good problem solving skill
• Have experience in writing new JCLs Procedures
• Review access for terminated or transferred users
• Review access for new users
• Set up batch reports to extract info
• Set up batch control cards to update info
• Experience in CA7 schedule changes
• Create yearly request for DASD requirements and revise as needed
• DASD management reports
• DASD management report offload
• Rerun Production
• Rerun Model office
• Rerun document
• Resolve unknown incidents and adhoc requests
• Handle operational changes and functional enhancement requests
• Participate in identifying problems, perform root cause analysis, contribute to knowledge base, and participate in activities like Release acceptance
