About the Role:
Join LeafSpring at Pendleton as a Preschool Teacher, where you will inspire young minds and foster a love for learning in a nurturing environment. If you are passionate about early childhood education, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's growth.
Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
Requirements:
Experience working with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years in a classroom setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
Ability to create engaging and educational lesson plans.
Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
