Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Implement therapy interventions per the established OT plan of care
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with patient and family education related to therapy goals and functional independence
• Communicate patient status updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active state COTA license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills
