Immediate Openings for Apartment (HVAC) Maintenance Technician Needed!! $24/hr – Apply Now Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is hiring an HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain apartment AC units and other property facilities such as electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. The technician will work with the maintenance team as needed. Base pay range $24.00/hr - $24.00/hr Job Description Our Certified Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for the repair and general maintenance of apartment AC units and other property facilities such as electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Additionally, the Certified Maintenance Technician will work with the other maintenance team members as needed. Job Duties Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC units Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures Plumbing, carpentry, lock repair, or replacement Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units Assist in renovation projects; assist in maintaining the curb appeal of the community Job Qualifications Must have your own tools; 1-2 years of HVAC/maintenance experience EPA Type I & II or Universal Certification Work well in a team environment Have a strong work ethic; be reliable and dependable Benefits Of Working With ESS Schedule flexibility; No on-call obligations Gain practical work experience and learn new skills Competitive pay rates; Weekly pay Work with a tight-knit team of individuals Referral Program The greatest compliment we can receive is the referral of your family, friends, or associates.
