- You've got MT, ASCP, HEW, NCA licensure under your belt.
- You've spent at least 5 years in a hospital setting, and hopefully, some of that time was in a supervisory role.
- You're currently BLS certified via the American Heart Association.
Your mission? To oversee and inspire your team while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards. You'll champion our Quality Control, Proficiency Testing, and inventory programs.
