The HR Manager at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all human resources functions to support our team in Honolulu, HI. This position requires a dynamic individual who can handle employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and training, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. While a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred, it is not always strictly necessary if the candidate has proven experience and demonstrated competence in the role. • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures consistent with company standards and legal requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR matters.
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Coordinate employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Lead initiatives for employee training, development, and performance management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required if accompanied by relevant experience and demonstrated competence in HR management.
• Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is advantageous.
