Job Title: Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Consultant

Location: Jersey City NJ

Pay Range: $68-78/hr

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion ERP applications with a focus on AP and GL modules.
  • Collaborate with business users to design and implement efficient business processes.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with Oracle Fusion capabilities.
  • Support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and production support activities.
  • Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
  • Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and ERP governance standards.
Required Skills
  • 8-12 years of overall ERP experience with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Strong functional consulting experience in Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • General Ledger (GL)
  • Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and support processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
