About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP for its Enterprise System, a role that is pivotal in driving global capability and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the President and L1 Team, responsible for developing and implementing both long- and short-term strategies that align with the company's core value drivers. This includes leading the organization in actions that close gaps and build a competitive advantage. The VP will also be deeply involved in the strategic planning process, connecting multi-year strategies with execution, and will be instrumental in fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and lean practices. The role demands a leader with the ability to challenge and influence at the highest levels, and a proven track record in VES, particularly in the commercial field or as a functional leader with extensive VES experience. Key responsibilities for the VP include driving VES awareness, engagement, and capability across the organization, leading and supporting VES execution, and guiding the Kaizen process. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in business or engineering, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of business management experience in a global environment. Superior communication, training, and consulting skills are essential, as is the ability to work with functions to implement the VES roadmap and drive change. Experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry is preferred, and a background as a change agent, particularly with a certification in ADKAR/Kotter, is a plus. The role requires a leader who can mentor and lead business VESL's, and who is adept at engaging in best practice forums and driving excellence in key business processes.
