This position will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries made through social media platforms.Primary Responsibilities:Writes and posts relevant VPEP information to social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)Create a monthly content calendar and maintains a regular social media posting scheduleWith the project manager's input and guidance, responds to any customer service issues posted to social media (i.e., VPEP's Facebook page)Keeps abreast of all social media trends, working with the project manager and contract executive to implement new social media applicationsTracks the public's access to VPEP's social media pages and works with project manager and contract executive to expand/reach a broader audienceMonitor social media pages and ensure proper engagement with followersPrepares reports relating to social media analyticsAmend website as needed with Word PressComplete SEO optimization for websiteBuild social media relationships with community partnersCreate and post quarterly ads on Facebook and InstagramRequirements:Associate's degree or some college required, a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or other related field a plusTwo years' experience working with social mediaSolid writing and editing skills a mustThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities or qualification associated with the position.
