Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney (Privacy, Cybersecurity & AI) Open to candidates in: New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Boston, or Washington, DC Our internationally recognized Am Law 100 client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience to join its Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Emerging Technology practice. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who enjoy sophisticated client work and want an alternative to the traditional partner-track path while remaining deeply engaged in substantive legal matters. Role Overview The associate will advise clients on a broad range of privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, and artificial intelligence matters. The practice includes regulatory compliance, transactional support, product counseling, incident response, and emerging technology issues. Attorneys in this role may assist clients with privacy and data protection programs, cybersecurity compliance, AI governance initiatives, technology transactions, regulatory inquiries, cross-border data issues, and privacy-related diligence in corporate transactions. This position offers the opportunity to work with innovative companies across a variety of industries while helping clients navigate a rapidly evolving legal and regulatory landscape.
