Job Details and Locations Job Type: Full‑time Physician (Vitreoretinal Surgeon) Location: Lawrence Township, NJ 08648, USA (On‑site) Requisition #: VITRE006284 Description Vitreoretinal Surgery - Retina Specialist Position Full‑time retina position with Prism Vision Group - NJ Retina (Delaware Valley Retina Associates in Lawrenceville, NJ and Lumberton, NJ) Our physicians are 33 MDs at NJ Retina and 5 MDs at DVRA, offering an established patient base and a busy practice in year one. Current office locations include: Lawrenceville Bridgewater, Flemington Langhorne, Doylestown Monroe, New Brunswick, Lawrenceville Roxbury, Wayne, Bellville Lakewood, Toms River, Eatontown Lawrenceville, Lumberton Bethlehem Vineland, Moorestown Recruitment Package: Signing Bonus of $30K and Career Starter Bonus of $100K on Start Date. Base Salary $400K for Year 1, $500K for Year 2, and $600K for Year 3. History of Production Bonuses from Year‑1. Defined 3‑Year Partner Track, with No Buy‑In, Loans, or Investments Required. Established Partners Averaging Above the 90th Percentile Income Nationally. Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, CME, paid Malpractice, 401(k), etc. Key Premium Position Qualifies for an additional $100K of incentives. Ready access to operating rooms equipped with modern systems and skilled staff. Fully staffed clinical trials team with opportunities to serve as principal investigator in Phase 2 and 3 trials. Guidance on referral relationship development and practice building. Collaborative surgical skills review and mentorship. Physician‑led administrative team focused on strategic growth and brand marketing.
