Recruiting Coordinator

Position Purpose:Provide administrative support in an effort to meet recruiting and organizational goals.General Duties and Responsibilities:Act as an employee advocate and as a company representative in balancing company policy, process, and culture, with employee needsManage candidate progress during the pre-hire and post-hire portions of the recruiting lifecycleMaintain constant contact with hiring managers to ensure candidate progress and job posting responses are accurately maintained in ATSCommunicate changes in status to candidates; address candidate inquiries about their status in the hiring processArrange for appropriate assessments for applicants as requestedOrder background, credit, and motor vehicle checks for identified candidates, review the results of the checks to determine eligibility for employment or obtain additional information to determine that eligibilityEnsure all divisions are utilizing the most current new hire documentsCommunicate candidate status with IT Department to ensure necessary electronic equipment and/or specialized software is ordered and delivered by start dateCompile and provide reports including, but not limited to, reports of recruiting activity on open positions, recruiting administrative reports, and divisional open position reportsTrack job postings to identify the expiration dates of each posting and that job postings on company website and job boards are equivalentEnsure Corporate new hires receive and complete necessary new hire paperwork, have a work location set up for them, and that all IT equipment has been installedProvide backup for front desk receptionist and HR Administrative Assistant if neededOther duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum 2 years of administrative experienceFamiliarity with principles and processes for personnel recruitmentAbility to learn and utilize unfamiliar software with limited oversight such as ATSsProvide high level of customer service both internally and to external candidates/applicantsMust be organized and demonstrate strong time management skillsRemains polite and professional in all communications; polished, tactfulExemplary record of attendance and punctuality #J-18808-Ljbffr DRB HOMES
