We are currently hiring 21 Night Shift Production Workers across two schedule options:

B Shift (12 openings)

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday
• 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• $19.80/hour

D Shift (9 openings)

• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday
• 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• $19.80/hour

Job Description

Join a growing electronics manufacturing team where you'll support production operations in a clean, light-industrial environment. In this role, you will perform a variety of assembly, inspection, testing, machine operation, and packaging tasks to help meet production goals and customer requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced manufacturing professionals and motivated entry-level candidates looking to build a long-term career in production and electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, inspection, testing, machine operation, and packaging activities following detailed work instructions.
• Support daily production schedules to ensure customer deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Use hand tools, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to complete assembly tasks.
• Follow established manufacturing processes, safety guidelines, and quality procedures.
• Accurately document production activities using basic computer programs, including Excel and Outlook.
• Maintain productivity and throughput goals while minimizing defects, scrap, and rework.
• Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or process deviations to supervisors.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including workplace organization and efficiency projects.
• Work effectively with team members and support cross-functional departments as needed.
• Adapt to changing production priorities and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, or detailed work instructions.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently after training and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Flexibility to learn new tasks and support different production areas.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods during 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks using hands and arms.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a production environment and meeting productivity goals.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.

The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
