ServiceNow Administrator

Manage and administer the ServiceNow platform and enterprise applications.

Configure and support Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and CMDB modules.

Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, workflows, notifications, and reports.

Lead ServiceNow enhancements, upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments.

Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.

Manage CMDB configuration items, relationships, data quality, and governance.

Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow issues and provide advanced technical support.

Review existing processes and recommend automation and platform improvements.

Work closely with developers, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and platform procedures.

Ensure ServiceNow implementations follow security, governance, and best-practice standards.

Mentor junior administrators and provide technical guidance when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.

Experience with ServiceNow configuration, workflows, scripting, and automation.

Strong knowledge of CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.

Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications, and Flow Designer.

Experience with ServiceNow integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.

Experience supporting ServiceNow upgrades, releases, testing, and deployments.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
