Director of Client Programs

Providing strategic leadership for client programs, the full-time Director of Client Programs will oversee development and commercialization processes, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business priorities in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Establish program management strategies and oversee client portfolio performance to align with organizational objectives Lead project planning and resource prioritization across various functions, ensuring timely execution of integrated program plans Develop and mentor high-performing program management teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in scientific, engineering, business, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of project and program management experience in the pharmaceutical and CDMO industries Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and managing strategic client relationships Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with experience in leading client meetings and business reviews
