This role is for the Salesforce Trusted Services product marketing team. We develop product messaging and positioning, go-to-market programs, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. Trusted Services represent Salesforce's advanced security, compliance, and resilience portfolio. We provide guardrails enterprises need to deploy AI agents at scale while managing risk, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. Our product portfolio enables customers to scale as an agentic enterprise with trust and security. Our product suite includes: Salesforce Shield — Event Monitoring, Platform Encryption, Field Audit Trail, and Data Detect to discover, monitor, and encrypt sensitive data. Security & Privacy — Security Center (centralized security posture management) and Privacy Center (data privacy and consent management). Resilience & Governance — Backup & Recover, Archive, and Data Mask & Seed to ensure business continuity and secure sandbox environments. In this role, you will lead the positioning of a set of these high-growth products, working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate technical capabilities into high-impact business value. Responsibilities & Impact Define the Value Proposition : Lead and create the core value proposition, messaging, and selling points tailored to Security, Compliance, IT, Privacy and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) buyer personas. Fuel our GTM Engine : Position Trusted Services as the foundation for Agentforce and Headless 360. Educate the market on how our solutions enable safe deployment of AI at scale. Fuel the Sales Pipeline : Translate marketing and industry-focused security initiatives into actionable, repeatable programs that help sales teams spark interest and drive revenue growth. Empower the Field : Develop scalable enablement, messaging playbooks, and interactive demos to train sales teams on positioning security and resilience as business accelerators. Drive Cross-Functional Alignment : Build consensus and engagement across Product Management, Campaigns, Creative, Sales, Pricing Strategy, and Customer Success. Required Skills Experience : 5-7+ years in product marketing, industry marketing, or corporate marketing. SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software marketing experience is highly preferred. Communication Mastery : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear business narratives. Strategic Copywriting & Storytelling : Strong portfolio demonstrating messaging, whitepapers, pitch decks, and digital content. Tactical Execution : Comfortable with hands-on execution from deck building to demo scripting and event planning. Ambiguity to Action : Natural ability to lead new projects in the face of ambiguity or fast-moving product shifts, including AI and GRC evolutions. Preferred Skills SaaS & Platform Domain Expertise : Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem or other enterprise SaaS and B2B platforms. Security/Compliance Literacy : Experience marketing cybersecurity, compliance tools, or data-governance solutions (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2, or GRC frameworks a plus). Sales and GTM Strategist : Understanding of B2B sales motions and buyer journeys across the funnel. AI-First Mindset : Eager to apply evolving AI tools to elevate product marketing deliverables.
