About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for the financial health of the organization, including safeguarding assets, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, and overseeing compliance with financial policies and regulations. This key leadership role involves partnering with the executive team to develop and execute strategic and financial plans, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and driving financial and operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead financial strategy, planning, and performance management, and will be expected to have a strong background in financial operations, planning, reimbursement, and capital management, with a focus on improving financial performance in a complex healthcare environment. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience, with a requirement for a background in healthcare. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in financial performance improvement, experience in managed care contracting, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance. The CFO will be expected to have a collaborative leadership style, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence across functions. A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required, with a preference for an MBA, MHA, and/or CPA. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, a trusted advisor, and will demonstrate operational rigor and a commitment to talent development within the finance team.
