You are good at it, you know you could be great at it, and you are looking for the place that will give you the reps, the coaching, and the ownership to get there. This is that place. One Summit Marketing Agency is the in-house agency for Haselwood Automotive Group. We handle marketing for 13 automotive brands, 2 car wash brands, and several other businesses across Kitsap County. As Social Media Manager, you lead the social media lane. The strategy, the calendar, the community, and the results are yours. You will not do it alone. You will sit with videographers, graphic designers, a data analyst, a web team, and a project manager, and you will be coached directly by the Marketing Director. This is a full time, on site position in Bremerton, Washington. It is not remote and it is not hybrid. What You Will Own Plan, create, and publish content for every brand profile (images, short form video, and written posts), built to reach each store's ideal customer. Be the on camera face and voice of our brands when the content calls for it, from vehicle walkarounds and event coverage to quick social clips shot on the lot. Source and share relevant content that earns attention from local car buyers and service customers. Manage the content calendar across multiple brands at once, working with our videographers and designers to keep quality high and deadlines met. Monitor, listen, and respond across all profiles like a person, not a brand robot. Turn conversations into leads, appointments, and sales. Be the voice of our stores in social spaces. Join the conversation, answer questions, and advocate for our brands where it makes sense. Build cross promotions and partnerships with local creators, community organizations, nonprofits, and our own family of businesses. Grow our online communities and expand outreach to local creators and influencers. Oversee the look of every profile (cover images, profile images, thumbnails, ad creative, and social landing pages), in partnership with our design team. Design, launch, and manage social promotions, boosted posts, and in-house ad campaigns, and coordinate with our paid media agency partners . Map out a social strategy, then drive it and prove it with testing and metrics. Report monthly to leadership on results and return on investment, not vanity metrics. Analyze campaigns, turn both the numbers and the anecdotal feedback into recommendations, and adjust the plan. Establish and track benchmarks and best practices for measuring social impact, so we always know what good looks like. Watch user generated content about our businesses for threats and opportunities, and escalated notable threats to the right manager quickly. Stay current on platforms, tools, formats, design, and strategy, and bring what you learn back to the team. Perform related duties as assigned. What We Require 1 to 2 years of hands on social media management for a business, brand, or agency. Strong freelance and contract work counts. A portfolio or live accounts that show what you made and what it did. Results matter more than tenure. Comfort and skill on camera. You can speak naturally to a lens, take direction from our videographers, and bring energy without a script. Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, and comfort creating short form video and writing clean, on brand copy. Basic experience with boosted posts or Meta Ads Manager. You do not need to be an expert. You need to be ready to learn. The ability to manage several brands and deadlines at once without dropping details. A team first attitude. You ask for feedback, you give it well, and you make the people around you better. Meta Certified Community Manager (Exam 600-101), or the commitment to earn it within 90 days of your start date. We pay for the exam and give you time to prepare. A valid driver's license, three years of driving history, and the ability to travel between our Kitsap County stores and events. High school diploma or equivalent.
