TKI Intermodal, LLC has an immediate opening for a full-time Welder / Metal Fabricator.

Some of our projects involve turning shipping containers into; multi-unit houses, solar powered offices, and storage containers with pop-up doors or sliding doors and it doesn't stop there. Primary Duties Required for This Position:- Sets up and operates fabricating machines and associated tools
- Fabricates and assembles metal products
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Stage and weld components in a variety of placements and scenarios
- Support the migration of materials from metal fab to painting/finishing areas
- Ability to work at multiple heights
- Able to work and weld in tight spaces
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms and other related documents
- Ability to operate equipment or willingness to learn
- Must be able to think on your feet and troubleshoot problems as they arise
