Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 Responsibilities: What You’ll Do (and Why It Matters) As a key part of our clinical team, you’ll work side-by-side with dentists, hygienists, and fellow assistants to create smooth, efficient, and comfortable patient experiences. Assist during a variety of general dental procedures, helping ensure appointments run seamlessly Capture digital X-rays with precision and care, always prioritizing patient safety Prepare and maintain treatment rooms using top-tier sterilization and infection control protocols Support four-handed dentistry to enhance teamwork and efficiency Use Eaglesoft to keep patient records accurate and organized Jump in where needed—whether that’s greeting patients, helping with scheduling, or supporting front desk flow Work with advanced technology like 3D scanners and modern imaging equipment Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment Qualifications: What You Bring to the Team We’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but also a great team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture.
