Accounting Manager Location: Aurora, NE Salary: $115,000.00 USD Annually - $135,000.00 USD Annually Relocation Assistance: Available We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required CPA strongly preferred Master's Degree a plus Manufacturing accounting experience required Strong background in financial reporting, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance Experience supervising and developing accounting staff ERP experience required; SAP, Power BI, and Hyperion experience preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Key Responsibilities Lead the monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP Manage account reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, and balance sheet reviews Oversee internal controls, SOX compliance, and external and internal audit activities Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Drive financial analysis and provide decision support to business leadership Manage cash accounts, rebates, sales discount programs, and balance sheet optimization initiatives Serve as a key user for ERP and reporting systems, helping drive automation and process improvements Lead and develop accounting team members, including Accounts Payable and Financial Analysis functions Partner cross-functionally to improve financial performance and operational effectiveness Contact: View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
