Aberle Ford is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Master Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a Ford-certified technician ready to lead by example, handle advanced diagnostics, and mentor other technicians. You'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality repairs and upholding the standards our customers expect.

Job Type & Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays
• Flexible schedule options available

Responsibilities:

• Accurately diagnose and perform complex repairs on a wide range of Ford vehicles
• Handle advanced engine, transmission, and electrical diagnostics
• Lead by example with productivity, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Assist with troubleshooting support for less experienced technicians
• Communicate directly with Service Advisors and support the service team with technical insights
• Maintain manufacturer training and certifications to stay current with evolving technologies
• Ensure repairs comply with manufacturer warranty guidelines and dealership standards

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years as a Ford Service Technician
• Certification: Senior Master Certification from Ford Motor Company required
• Deep knowledge of Ford vehicle systems
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
• Proficient in diagnostic tools and advanced vehicle systems
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
